Hayden Taylor - Director of Sales

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Hayden brings a unique healthcare-rooted perspective to his role. His experience spans Physical Therapy Clinic Director, Adjunct College Professor, and healthcare technology sales, shaping a people-first approach to every relationship. With a strong understanding of client needs and a passion for thoughtful solutions, he blends strategic insight with genuine care in all that he does. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out with his dog, and watching football.

Keren Medvedev - Sr. Marketing Director

Growth-focused marketing leader with deep expertise in eCommerce, digital strategy, brand development, and innovation. She shapes end-to-end customer journeys, from positioning and messaging to performance marketing, lifecycle email, and conversion optimization, while keeping the brand consistent, premium, and customer-first. Known for blending creative storytelling with metrics-driven execution, she builds scalable marketing systems and tests new ideas that drive revenue growth, strengthen brand equity, and improve the buying experience. She holds a MS in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School. When she’s not working, she’s usually spending time with her family, exploring great food and wine, or finding inspiration in design, travel, and culture.

Jamie Olsen - Director of Product Development

Drawing on a wealth of expertise acquired over 12 years in product development, sourcing, and merchandising, Jamie has traversed diverse industries including fitness and furniture before joining the team at Millesime Modern Cellars to lead our product development team. Off the clock, she's all about quality time with her loved ones - whether it's basking in the great outdoors or cheering her kids on in their athletic escapades.

William Lesage - Sales Manager

William’s journey with Millesime began in childhood, growing up in the family business his parents founded in 2001. From working part-time in wine rack assembly to stepping into a full-time role in 2021, William has worn many hats—assembly, shipping, administration, production management, and now design and sales. Each role has deepened his insight, allowing him to bring a holistic perspective to every client project. For William, nothing is more rewarding than helping clients bring their dream wine cellars to life, blending his ideas with theirs to create something truly unique. Outside of work, he enjoys the thrill of Alpine skiing and rock climbing.

Jean Yves André - Wine Cellar Specialist

Jean has been with Millesime Wine Racks for over 11 years, bringing his expertise and creativity to each wine cellar project. He is passionate about the originality and quality of Millesime’s products and appreciates the friendly, collaborative spirit of the team. He’s worked on all types of projects, from compact wine walls to extensive wine rooms of 3000+ bottles, leading brainstorming sessions with his clients and consistently bringing creative ideas to the table throughout the design process. When he's not crafting beautiful wine storage solutions, Jean enjoys making music, cooking, biking, and playing golf. His dedication to design and his wide-ranging talents bring a unique perspective to every project he undertakes.
